A healthful salad with easy preparation and ready in minutes
- 8 cups spinach
- 2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1⁄2 cup toasted almond, sliced
- 1 medium red onion, sliced very thin
- 1. Gently toss all ingredients.
- 2. Just before serving, toss with your favorite raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
