  1. This is a dish that requires very little prep work and it gets you in and out of the kitchen in a flash. The flavor was fantastic. I know I'll be making this a lot more in the future. Thanks for such a simple and flavorful recipe!

  2. Great recipe. Next time I will cut back the chili powder. It was just a tad too potent. Loved it otherwise. Thanks :)

  3. Just the kind of recipe I like for busy weekends - quick, easy, add a green salad and you have a good tasting meal on the table. Next time around - and there will be a next time I will do as Java and use one cup of the sour cream and just maybe have precooked pasta on hand as I do for many of my quick weekend supper recipes. Loved the chili powder! Thank you for sharing. A thank you recipe for the spring PAC.

  4. I've made this a number of times and it's a favorite. The first time DD thought it was to spicy. The next time I cut the chili powder in half. It didn't go over as well with any of us so now she eats something else while DH and I eat most of it in one sitting. I use a 28 oz can of undrained diced tomatoes because I love tomatoes and low fat sour cream. Because of the extra liquid I take the lid off of the pan the last 10 minutes. It might be a little wetter than what's intended but it's still wonderful. I love this because it's what I have on hand and it's easy. Thanks for sharing it with us.

  5. This was very good. Nice change with the sausage from the hamburger pasta dishes we usually have. I added one 15 ounce can of sliced stewed tomatoes and it was not enough liquid to cook the pasta. So I added an extra 15 ounce can of diced italian tomatoes and it still wasn't enough liquid. So then I added a cup and a half of hot water and after about 45 minutes of total simmer time the pasta was perfectly cooked and the dish tasted wonderful. Thanks for the recipe, will make again.
