  • Slice potatoes and leeks.
  • Add the potatoes to the pressure cooker, with the bouillon and water. process on high for 10 minutes.
  • Saute the leeks in the butter.
  • Add the leeks to the pressure cooker.
  • Use the immersion blender.
  • Optional: top with garlic croutons & minced chives or scallions.
