  1. Chop raisins into large piecies.
  2. Put in mixing jar with cloves and cinnamon, and cover with vodka and water. Cover.
  3. Leave to infuse for 2 weeks.
  4. Strain through large strainer and then hand squeeze remaining raisins.
  5. Add sugar.
  6. Shake vigorously until sugar is dissolved.
  7. Leave to clear for one week.
  8. Decant clear liqueur and bottle.
