- slice the radishes to 1/8 inch thick. and layer on one slice of bread.
- salt to desired taste.
- place other slice of bread, butter side down.
- and eat.

Growing up, we always had radishes on a relish tray for holiday dinners. My dad would always make one of these after he'd eaten the rest of his dinner. Now, for me, they are a great snack or a light lunch. I make them all the time and in fact, just bought more radishes yesterday to have on hand for just this reason :)
