- 396.89 g can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 garlic clove
- 22.18 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 4 sprig fresh mint leaves
- 6 sprig fresh thyme leaves, stripped from stem
- coarse salt and black pepper
- 44.37 ml chives, chopped
directions
- Pulse all ingredients except chives in food processor until a smooth paste forms and transfer to a bowl.
- Serve on bruschetta and garnish with chopped chives.

I am a teacher who is near the end of my career. I have many craft interests and have just added cooking to my list. Since I like to keep a check on what DH eats I usually try to follow the WW diet and just love their cookbooks.
