- Drain the tomatoes.
- Place the jalapeno (seeded if you like less heat) and the garlic in a food chopper and process until very small mince.
- Add this and the remaining ingredients to the tomatoes and stir well.
- Let sit for an hour or so to let flavors blend.
What a great recipe that I will use over & over again. I did exactly what the recipe called for except I just added 1 fresh tomatoe chopped up!
