This recipe is fast and easy! 4 ingredients... gotta love that! The cookies are between soft and crunchy. Both my kids loved them - a miracle! Great with a cold glass of milk. I think next time I'll add mini-chocolate chips to the mix!
- 425.24 g box chocolate cake mix (I used Betty Crocker Fudge Cake mix)
- 118.29 ml vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 226.79 g packageof heath English toffee bits
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined. Batter will be thick. Drop by spoonful onto baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
Oh yummy! I swapped out the full amount of oil for fat-free vanilla yogurt and cannot imagine these tasting better...even with all that fat! For the last pan, I decided to add some chocolate chips, in addition to the toffee bits. These were the favorites from all taste testers here. So quick, so easy, so positively delicious! Thanks!
I used devil's food cake mix and used half a bag of chocolate chips instead of toffee. It was great!!! Easy too!
