- 1⁄3 cup blueberries
- 1⁄3 cup blackberry
- 1⁄3 cup black currants
- 1 banana
- 5 tablespoons natural plain yogurt
- 6 tablespoons apple juice
directions
- Combine in a blender on preferred setting until mixed well and smooth.
- ***If making frozen treats, mix in some whole berries, to your liking and let them set to the bottom of the mold.
