I found this recipe on a diet website, I haven't tried it but it looks seems easy!
- Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan, stirring until smooth and warm. May also be enjoyed cold.
I cooked this in the microwave for lunch, and it was delicious! I wanted a thicker soup so only added 1/2 cup of 2% milk. I also mixed in a pinch of oregano and garlic powder for flavor. Will definitely be making this again!
