- 1 -29 ounce pumpkin puree
- 1 -12 ounce evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 18 ounces yellow cake mix
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 3⁄4 cup margarine, melted
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, salt and cinnamon and poor into greased pan.
- Sprinkle cake mix on the top and cover with peacans.
- Pour melted margarine over top bake 50 minutes.
