"My kids LOVE these! I also used to take these into the daycare I worked at and the kids there LOVED them too! I ended up bringing in the recipe for the parents becasue they were all asking for them. Anyways, they are definately worth a try!"

  • Beat eggs, sugar, pumkin and oil until smooth.
  • Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  • Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture.
  • Mix well.
  • Add chocolate chips.
  • Either grease muffin pan or use paper baking cups.
  • Bake at 400 F for 16-20 minutes.
  • ENJOY!

  1. I was so excited to make these muffins, if kids love them how could they not be good. I was so disappointed, the batter was much to soupy, there must be an error on the amount of flour.
