- 4 eggs
- 709.77 ml flour
- 473.18 ml sugar
- 9.85 ml baking powder
- 9.85 ml baking soda
- 4.92 ml cinnamon
- 4.92 ml salt
- 340.19 g package chocolate chips
- 236.59 ml crushed walnuts (optional)
- 340.19 g can canned pumpkin (for pies)
- 236.59 ml Crisco cooking oil
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease and flour 1 bundt pan or two large loaf pans.
- Mix together all ingredients except chocolate chips and walnuts and beat by hand for 3 minutes-then fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Pour into pan and bake for 80 minutes.
- Cool and then refrigerate.
