Traditional holiday beverage containing coconut, eggs, milk and rum
Make and share this Puerto Rican Eggnog "coquito" recipe from Food.com.
- 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
- 1 (15 ounce) can creme de coconut
- 4 egg yolks
- 1⁄2 cup rum
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Mix all ingredients in a blender on low for about 1 minute, chill in the refrigerator serve cold.
