    This is rather an unconventional seafood salad and we loved it.

    Directions:

      Salt and freshly ground black pepper.

      Wrap the flat head fillets in the prosciutto with parsley.
    3. 3
      Fry them in little olive oil until just done.

      Prepare the salad dressing and toss the vegetables.
    5. 5
      Place the fillets on top.
    6. 6
      Garnish with pine nuts.
    7. 7
      Sprinkle with vinegar.
