- 1⁄2 frozen banana
- 1 cup strawberry
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 cup apple juice
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Put everything in a blender and blend well.
- Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
Its lovely but then how can one exercise after having so much? Once an hour has passed after exercising, I''d love to have this!
