I got this from my grandma's church cookbook. Wonderfully delicious potato soup with a little bit of green veggies, cheese and meat - so everyone is happy! YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. In pot, cover potatoes and onion with water, bring to a boil and cook until almost done. Add broccoli and cook til tender. Drain off 1/2 of the water (or more if you like a thicker soup like we do). Remove from heat. Add evaporated milk, sausage and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
