- 1 1⁄2 lbs red potatoes, cooked and cut in wedges
- 1⁄2 lb green beans, cooked
- 1 red pepper, cut into rings (or yellow)
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 6 mushrooms, quartered
- parsley
directions
- Arrange on platter around a bowl of the dressing.
- OR.
- Put in bowl and dress.
