"I used King Arthur Unbleached Flour, GOODMANS BURNT SUGAR and Ghiradelli Chocolate Chips 60%, Squirrel Brand Nuts."

ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 1⁄2 cups brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon burnt sugar flavoring
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup almonds, crushed slightly
• 12 ounces chocolate chips

directions

1. Whip butter with sugar, flavoring, eggs, salt, then combine dry ingredients and add to butter. Drop by small scoop on cookie tray. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minute.
