  • Heat the olive in a sauce pan. Once hot, add the garlic, onions, and parsley then saute for a few minutes.
  • Drain the Fava Beans, reserving the liquid. To the pan, add the Fava Beans, wine, spices and some of the reserved water.
  • Cook over medium heat 8 - 10 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding more water as sauce dries.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings.
  • *This is ground red pepper made from fresh peppers. Available in the International section of the grocery store.
