- 591.47 ml cubed potatoes
- 354.88 ml sliced carrots
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 medium apple, cored and coarsely chopped
- 118.29 ml coarsely chopped celery
- 44.37 ml quick-cooking tapioca
- 473.18 ml apple cider or 473.18 ml apple juice
- 4.92 ml salt (to taste)
- 4.92 ml caraway seed
- 1.23-2.46 ml pepper
directions
- Cut pork shoulder roast into 1-inch cubes.
- Add meat cubes, potatoes, carrots, onions, apple, celery, and tapioca to a large slow-cooker.
- Add in the remaining ingredients; stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10-12 hours.
