Just made this but tweaked it up - this was basically just a base recipe for me. I first seared my herbed pork chops in a bit of oil. When they were done, I kept just a little oil in the pan and cooked some flour (maybe about 2 tablespoons) and around 5 cloves of in the oil for a few minutes. I then poured in around 1/4 cup white wine and whisked continuously. Next, I slowly added chicken broth, whisking and adding notmore liquid until there were no flour clumps. It came out a bit thicker than a regular sauce but not quite as thick as gravy. It was sooooooooo good, full of flavor, and super easy and quick. Thanks for providing the base recipe.
