This recipe is easy to prepare and is good served with rice.
- 6 pork chops
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion flakes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pan fry pork chops on high to sear in the flavor, then put into a baking dish.
- Cover with the other ingredients (do-not add water to soup) and bake at 350 degrees (Uncovered) for about 1 hour.
YUMMY! I followed this recipe exactly except that I added another can of Cream of Mushroom soup to make more delicious gravy! I served it with mashed potatoes - scrumptious!
These were some of the best pork chops I've cooked in a long time. The flavor was outstanding. The only complaint I have is that no cooking temperature was listed. I baked the chops at 350 degrees and they were done after about 30 minutes. If I had left them in the oven for approximately the hour listed, they would have been a disaster. I served the pork chops with mashed potatoes and a cucumber salad. The mushroom sauce was delicious with the mashed potatoes.
