  1. This is an excellent recipe, I substitute boneless pork loin chops and reduce the baking time to 45 mins., depending on the thickness. Everyone that we have made them for just loves the sweetness of the cinnamon apples!

  2. Wonderful recipe. I was worried about the high temperature for 1 1/2 hours and since I was only making 2 chops I cut the temperature back to 375 and baked them for 1 1/4 hours covered. perfect. Lovely aroma and the combination of spices is so tasty. The chop was very moist. I chose a perfect veggie side dish to go with them recipe#67519 Oriental cabbage and also had a small plain boiled potato. This was a meal to remember thanks BJTAILGATES for posting this delicious recipe

I AM A 69 YEAR OLD HOUSEWIFE AND I ENJOY MOST THINGS, ESPECIALLY NEW RECIPES. I LOVE TO BAKE, BUT DO NOT EAT MUCH OF MY OWN BAKED PRODUCTS. ALL ALL DELICIOUS, BUT I AM NOT MUCH OF A SWEETS PERSON. I COLLECT COOKBOOKS, AND HAVE HUNDREDS OF THEM.
