Poppy Seed Cake

"This recipe came from my mother-in-law. This is a very moist, easy to make cake. Most of the time I don't even bother to frost it."

ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 1⁄2 cup oil
• 1 cup solo poppy seed
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant coconut pudding mix

directions

1. Mix poppyseed and boiling water together.
2. Add remaining ingredients and beat about 4 minutes.
3. Bake in bundt pan at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
