Light Thin and Crispy Pizza Dough
- mix flour, salt and yeast in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in Olive Oil and Milk.
- Using hands gradually mix in the water until it forms a soft dough.
- Knead the dough for 5+ minutes.
- Place dough in a clean bowl covered with a clean damp tea towel. Leave to prove for 1.5 hours.
