Got this recipe from our pastor's wife while stationed in Hawaii. It is VERY easy and is always a big hit! I don't remember how many ounces are in the cans, so the amounts are approximates.
- 1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice
- 1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale
- Pour one can of juice plus 1 bottle of ginger ale into punch bowl. Add ice and serve cold.
We made this twice because the first time I had some cheap ginger ale that seemed watered down. It is not as sweet as we like it so I am not sure if we will make it again. It was a hit with my Mom and StepDad. I ended up adding some sherbert and Iliked it better that way.
