Pineapple Fluff
"My mom makes this for all our gatherings. This dessert is so quick and easy. You can use a variety of gelatins to get different colors. You could even make separate colors and layer them. It sounds like a weird combination, but it's worth trying! Very delicious and easy to make low fat."

ingredients
- 1 carton cottage cheese
- 1 box of jello gelatin (dry)
- 1 can pineapple (squeeze dry)
- 1 container Cool Whip
directions
- Mix all ingredients together and chill for an hour.
