- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 jalapenos, finely chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 1⁄4 cup lime juice, preferably fresh
- 1⁄2 cup cilantro leaf, roughly chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder, ground
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground black pepper, fresh
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Serve immediately.
