Questions & Replies

  1. I don't recall seeing whipped ricotta in my local grocery stores. Is there a substitute?

  2. What's the best way to serve this? Is it easy to just rip off the "branches"? Should it be cut up after cooking? Thinking about bringing this to a holiday party
