  • In food processor, drop in garlic, scallions, & lemon zest. Process until finely minced.
  • Add olives, capers, & hot pepper flakes and process. Add parsley and basil. With motor running, add lemon juice and cheese.
  • Slowly add enough olive oil to consistency.
