Pesto Goat Cheese Spread

- 1 -11 ounce log goat cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- 1⁄2 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
directions
- Mix all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth. Shape into log or other desired shape. Chill for 2 hours before serving. Can store in refrigerator for up to 1 week, or can freeze in airtight container for up to 4 months. Serve with crackers, toasted pita chips or sliced baquetts.
