- 680.38 g penne pasta, cooked and rinsed noodles
- 453.59 g cooked chicken breast, chunked
- 44.37 ml classico traditional basil pesto
- 22.18 22.18 ml margarine or 22.18 ml butter substitute
- 14.79 ml olive oil
- 1.0 ml salt
directions
- Cook Penne noodles til tender. Do not overcook. Rinse.
- Melt butter in pan.
- Pour noodles back in pan with butter and toss with the olive oil.
- Add Pesto sauce. Toss.
- Add cooked chicken breast chunks. Toss well.
- Serve with finely grated mozzerella cheese.
