- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 115 g penne pasta
- 6 ounces canned corn
- 14 ounces canned tomatoes seasoned with basil garlic & oregano
- 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 10 ounces water, use soup can
- 4 mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons oil, of choice
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons cornstarch
directions
- Add tomatoes, soup, water, corn and pasta to rice cooker.
- chop mushrooms and add to cooker.
- Cut up chicken into very small pieces and add to cooker.
- Add oil, stir and turn cooker on, cook for 40 minute
- After cooking 40 minutes, stir in corn starch and cook additional 10 minutes to thicken.
