This is a really flavorful recipe from Cooking Light magazine. Grilling time is approximate.

5 stars all the way! This is simply addicting. The steak is well seasoned and the yellow pepper sauce compliments it so nicely. I use Penzey's hungarian paprika which is a bit hotter than your average. It gives it that extra punch. Yummy yum yum.
