- 236.59 ml butter, no substitutes softened
- 59.14 ml granulated sugar
- 59.14 ml of crushed peppermint candy
- 4.92 ml pure vanilla extract
- 473.18 ml all-purpose flour
- 1.23 ml cornstarch

Frosting
- 236.59 ml pf confectioners' sugar
- 14.79-29.58 ml milk
- 0.61 ml pure peppermint extract
- 2.46 ml pure vanilla extract
- 29.58 ml of crushed peppermint candies
directions
- Mix butter, sugar, crushed candies and vanilla extract thoroughly using an electric mixer. Gradually blend in flour and cornstarch.
- Form into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper lined baking sheets. Gently press down on each cookie to flatten with fingertips or a flat-bottomed drinking glass (dipped in confectioners sugar to prevent sticking).
- Bake in a preheated 300°F oven for 25-30 minutes,or until bottoms begin to brown.
- Combine confectioners' sugar, milk, vanilla, and peppermint extract; mix until frosting is smooth.
- Cool for 5 minutes; remove to a wire rack to cool completely. When the cookies have finished cooling, drizzle with frosting and sprinkle with crushed candies. ENJOY!

okay,i know im only 14 and a freshmin in high school,but i've alredy found my passion.I love to bake.i accualy want to go to La Cordon Bleu school for the culinary arts after high school to be a pastry chef. I'm normally an easy-going,fun-loving person who just so happens to love to bake.
