  • Mix the chipotle pepper,salt,pepper corns and thyme together well. Roll the tuna loin in the mixture so it is well coated and sear on a flat grittle or large frying on medium heat about 5 minutes each side.
  • Pour the Horseradish Tequila Cream over the tuna, slice thin to serve as a appentiser. Serve Hot!
