- Preheat oven to 400*. Lightly spray tortilla and place oil-side down on baking sheet.
- Peel, core, and thinly slice pear into about 20 slices. Fan slices out to cover tortilla in a radiating pattern. Cut cold butter into 6 or 8 pieces and arrange evenly over pear slices. Sprinkle sugar and nutmeg over the top. Bake about 15 minutes, until pear is tender and sugar is bubbling.
- Stir jam to soften and spread lightly over the tart, using a pastry brush or the back of the spoon. Cut tart into wedges by pressing straight down with a knife (don’t drag knife through it). Serve warm.

I'm not supposed to love you, I'm not supposed to care, I'm not supposed to live my life, wishing you were there. I'm not supposed to wonder where you are or what to do, I'm sorry I just can't help myself; I fell in love with you. Hey! Its me Nikky. The crazy clutz. Yah I Know I am but that just makes it easy for me to be the high light in your day. I'm the person to make you smile when you cry. Cry your heart out, let it all go. Cuz remember after every tear, comes a rainbow. Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path, and leave a trail. I love to cook, and bake. I try a lot of new recipes. Some that I like, some that are great, and some gross. I hope that you like my recipes.
