Peanut Butter Snowballs

"This is a very different do ahead frozen dessert. All generations seem to like these. Great to just grab out of the freezer and chew on anytime! Try these out as an appetizer as well!!"

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl except coconut.
  • Shape mixture into 1"balls and roll in coconut (refrigerate mixture until firm if too sticky to shape into balls) Place on baking sheet lined with wax paper and freeze.
  • Serve frozen.

  1. I didn't think these could be bad, and I was right. They are just about the tastiest goodies I've had. I used reduced-fat PB, soy milk powder and half walnuts/half butterscotch chips in place of the nuts. mmmmmm!
