This is a very different do ahead frozen dessert. All generations seem to like these. Great to just grab out of the freezer and chew on anytime! Try these out as an appetizer as well!!
- 1 cup chopped nuts (any kind or mixed)
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl except coconut.
- Shape mixture into 1"balls and roll in coconut (refrigerate mixture until firm if too sticky to shape into balls) Place on baking sheet lined with wax paper and freeze.
- Serve frozen.
I didn't think these could be bad, and I was right. They are just about the tastiest goodies I've had. I used reduced-fat PB, soy milk powder and half walnuts/half butterscotch chips in place of the nuts. mmmmmm!
If you love peanut butter, you are going to love these. A little bit addictive, great for munching on at any time.
