I am currently working at a children's hospital as a research assistant but in my spare time I love to bake, sing (in a choir...no solos please), and run!
My grandpa, who died before I was born, used to own a bakery and left behind a binder full of recipes. I've decided to go through them one by one but this will be a trial-and-error experience since most of the recipes only list the ingredients and quantities! So I may need guidance writing out more thorough instructions :).
Other tidbits about me: I am half Chinese. The other half is a mix of Dutch, French, English and German. I am an adventurous eater and will try anything once! My passion is to study medicine and eventually go abroad to serve in medical missions!
