- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 2⁄3 Butter Flavor Crisco
- 1 1⁄2 cups brown sugar (Firmly Packed)
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 3⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
directions
- 1 Heat oven to 375°F.
- 2 Combine Peanut Butter,Crisco Shortening, Brown Sugar,Milk, and Vanilla in Large Bowl. Beat at Medium speen on Electric Mixer until well blended.
- 3 Combine All-Purpose Flour, Salt, and Baking soda. Add to creamed mixture at low speed. Mix just until blended.
- 4 drop spoon fulls of the mixture on to cookie sheets.
- 5 Bake for 8-10 Minutes!
