    Ingredients:

    Serves: 4-6

    Directions:

      Evenly spread peanut butter on pancakes. Or, for apple cinnimon peanut butter flavor, mix in 1/4 cup applesauce and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon with peanut butter.

      Halve bananas lenghwise and then crosswise. Place banana pieces on pancakes.

      Cut pancake rolls into equal pieces. Serve with maple syrup (if desired).
