    This is a recipe from a friend's mother who makes these every Christmas. They are such a delicacy that they really ought to only be made once a year or so. :)

    Ingredients:

    Serves: 1-2

    Yield:

    Units: US | Metric

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, coconut, and nuts together.
    2. 2
      Drizzle in melted butter and mix well.
    3. 3
      Form into 1" balls and chill for at least one hour.
    4. 4
      Melt chocolate chip and paraphin in a double boiler.
    5. 5
      Roll balls in chocolate and put on wax paper.
    6. 6
      Chill again to set.
