- 3 large peaches (ripe not hard)
- 8 ounces heavy cream
- 3⁄4 cup Splenda granular
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
- 1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cinnamon
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 -- mix sugar and flour and Cinnamon in bowl -- Sprinkle flour mixture into the pie shell. Peel peaches and chop in chunks put in pie shell sprinkle rest of flour mixture over peaches. pour heavy cream over filling -- stir mixture till mixed in pie shell. Cover completely with cream. Bake 35 to 45 minutes till peaches are golden. Serve hot or cool on the rack. can be put in refrigerator.
