I love apricot sweet and sour sauce whenever I've had it. But I had a ton of peach jam that I made from a recipe here on Zaar. After tinkering, I got it just how we like it. May be a little sweet for those that like it a little more "sour".
- 1 cup peach jam
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (lightly packed)
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- Heat in a sauce pan over medium heat just until the brown sugar melts. Pour in blender, and make smooth.
