- 946.36 ml sliced peaches, peeled optionally
- 473.19 ml blueberries
- 59.14-118.29 ml sugar
- 29.58 ml cornstarch
- 2.46 ml nutmeg
- 2.46 ml vanilla extract
- 118.29 ml quick-cooking oats
- 59.14 ml whole wheat flour (pastry flour, if possible)
- 78.78 ml light brown sugar
- 2.46 ml cinnamon
- 29.58 ml honey
- 29.58 ml butter (or spread)
- 59.14 ml honey crunch wheat germ
- 59.14 ml ginger snaps, crushed
directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Toss well and set aside.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and combine with a fork or fingers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Spray a deep-dish pie pan with nonstick spray and pour in fruit mixture.
- Cover fruit with topping.
- Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until juices are bubbly and warm.
- May serve with frozen yogurt or light whipped topping.
