- 3⁄4 cup potato starch, plus
- 1 tablespoon potato starch (100 g total)
- 1⁄2 cup sugar (100 g)
- 1 pinch salt
- 7⁄8 cup unsalted butter, at cool room temp and malleable (200 g)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 lemon, zest of, grated
- 1⁄2 orange, zest of, grated
directions
- follow the directions for pasta frolla 1, recipe 71610.
- roll out to 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.
