Passover Spinach Pie

"This is a recipe I found at my great aunt's house. I haven't actually tried making it, but figured I would post it here for safe keeping."

• Yields: 1 pie
• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 4 (4 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
• 1 chopped onion (small)
• 5 tablesppons margarine
• salt
• pepper
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• 8 eggs

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cook and drain spinach.
3. Saute onions.
4. Mix spinach and sauted onions together.
5. Add seasonings and margarine.
6. Let cool.
7. Add eggs and beat.
8. Pour into lightly greased pie plate.
9. Bake for 45 minutes.
