Passover Spinach Pie

"This is a recipe I found at my great aunt's house. I haven't actually tried making it, but figured I would post it here for safe keeping."

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook and drain spinach.
  • Saute onions.
  • Mix spinach and sauted onions together.
  • Add seasonings and margarine.
  • Let cool.
  • Add eggs and beat.
  • Pour into lightly greased pie plate.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
