I made a real cocktail out of this recipe using rum. I also minimized the amount of lime juice to just a tsp for kick. You should drink this immediately after making it, as the coconut milk has a way of looking kind of odd after it's been sitting. Overall, it tasted like key lime pie/pina colada in a glass and was pretty delicious.
- 1 cup passion fruit nectar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1⁄4 cup coconut milk
- 8 ounces seltzer water (they recommend lemon or lime flavor if you can get it)
