  • Combine first 4 ingredients (nectar to milk) in a small pitcher, stir, then pour evenly into 4 ice filled glasses.
  • Top each glass off with seltzer water (up to 2 oz, depending on size of glass).

  1. I made a real cocktail out of this recipe using rum. I also minimized the amount of lime juice to just a tsp for kick. You should drink this immediately after making it, as the coconut milk has a way of looking kind of odd after it's been sitting. Overall, it tasted like key lime pie/pina colada in a glass and was pretty delicious.
