- 1⁄2 cup wine vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 cups vegetable oil
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
directions
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend it well.
- Pour this dressing all over pasta salad.

I really love this dressing! I wasn't sure if Chef Kiddle intended red wine vinegar or white wine vinegar, so I used 50/50 and it turned out delicious. Thank you for shareing this recipe. -
